Ani Martin’s poetry has appeared in in Flying Ketchup Press, Euphony Journal, The Courtship of Winds, Across the Margin, Brackish, as well as other literary journals and anthologies. She is the author of A Bird in The House, her debut poetry collection.
Ani received her BFA in screenwriting from USC Cinema Arts where she won The Marguerite Roberts Screenwriting Award for her thesis screenplay, Hot House Love. She has studied with John Rechy, Jack Grapes and most recently, Mahogany L. Brown.
She lives in Los Angeles and is the mother of two young adult daughters.
